What These Terms Cover
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 209 pub platform. The six sections below summarise the most important areas. Please read the full legal text that follows before creating an account.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 209 pub ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated at 209pub.app. By accessing or using any part of the 209 pub platform — including creating an account, placing a bet, or accessing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 209 pub platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
By registering an Account on the 209 pub Platform, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are not registering on behalf of a third party; (c) you have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any other gaming platform for breach of terms or responsible gaming reasons; (d) all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete; and (e) you understand that online casino gaming involves real-money wagering and carries the risk of financial loss.
These Terms, together with the 209 pub Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy available at /responsible-gaming, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 209 pub. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active Account on the 209 pub Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. Players are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes. 209 pub reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any account information at any time.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. 209 pub will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from a Player's failure to protect their login details. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 209 pub support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Do not share your password with any third party, including 209 pub support staff.
Before processing a first withdrawal, 209 pub will require identity verification ("KYC"). Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS UMID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension. This process is required by PAGCOR-compliant operating standards and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
The minimum age for registration and participation on the 209 pub Platform is 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming activity in the Philippines. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited. Deposited funds may be returned to the original payment source after investigation, at 209 pub's sole discretion.
209 pub employs age verification procedures at registration and during KYC. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point during a Player's relationship with the Platform. Attempting to circumvent age verification measures is a breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Access to the 209 pub Platform is restricted to Players located in jurisdictions where online casino gaming is legally permitted. The minimum deposit on 209 pub is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account. 209 pub processes GCash and Maya withdrawals typically within 5–10 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1–3 hours. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where KYC documents remain outstanding.
In compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines, as amended) and PAGCOR reporting requirements, 209 pub is required to report suspicious transactions and may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Withdrawals will not be approved to third-party accounts. Depositing for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine play may constitute a suspicious transaction and will be investigated accordingly.
209 pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms: (a) bonuses are credited to a Player's Bonus Wallet, separate from the real-money Wallet balance; (b) bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met; (c) wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount) unless stated otherwise; (d) real-money bets are placed before bonus bets by default.
209 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing bets that cover contradictory outcomes to minimise risk, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.
Players are encouraged to read individual promotion terms carefully before claiming any bonus. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates vary between promotions. Each game available on the 209 pub Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible via the game information panel within the Platform. In all cases, the mathematical rules of the game as implemented by the Platform's certified gaming engine take precedence over any other description. 209 pub is not responsible for Player misunderstanding of game rules.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) games — including slots and RNG table games — use certified random number generation processes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages published in each game's information panel represent long-term statistical outcomes and do not guarantee any individual session result.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 209 pub Platform: use of automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets; collusion with other players; exploiting software bugs or errors; using third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage; placing bets for the purpose of abusing bonuses; or any other conduct that 209 pub, in its sole discretion, determines to be dishonest, unfair, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a bet, 209 pub reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Wallet. Bets voided due to malfunction are not eligible for any bonus compensation. 209 pub's technical records shall be the definitive record of game outcomes in the event of a dispute.
All content on the 209 pub Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, design elements, and the 209 pub name and brand — is the proprietary intellectual property of 209 pub or its licensed content partners. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 209 pub.
By using the 209 pub Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use of Platform content.
209 pub is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we have invested in tools and processes to help identify and support those players.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed until the agreed period expires. Players who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 209 pub shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or goodwill; (c) indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; or (d) any losses arising from events beyond 209 pub's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment network failures, or force majeure events.
209 pub's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The 209 pub Platform is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. 209 pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, though reasonable commercial efforts are made to maintain platform availability and security.
209 pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the 209 pub Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
209 pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address on file, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. The effective date of the current Terms is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Players who do not accept amended Terms may close their Account before the effective date and withdraw their eligible balance. Closing an Account as a result of a Terms amendment will not forfeit any real-money balance subject to KYC clearance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 209 pub Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute is not resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players with complaints regarding the Platform are encouraged to contact 209 pub support in the first instance. 209 pub will endeavour to resolve complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Platform records, including game logs, transaction history, and communication records, shall be considered authoritative evidence in any dispute unless demonstrated to be inaccurate.
